production of some traditional meat-processing methods, and to apply

In one of the ecologically healthiest environments in Bosnia and
Herzegovina, Dolac on the river Lasva, a small place nearby Travnik,
there is a slaughterhouse and meat processing industry Bajra Ltd. The
company was founded in 1994. At that time the industry was made up of
only one retail building in Travnik and some meat. Processing
activities. This family firm is 100% private property. The founder and
owner of this industry is Mr. Haseljiĉ Hajrudin. At the beginning of
1997, the slaughterhouse was also opened together with already
existing meat-processing facilities.
The basic activity of the industry is production, processing and
trading of meat and meat products. There are about 240 fulltime job
employees. We successfully connected modern technology with
traditional Bosnian meat processing methods, while ensuring that their
values, range and quality of products meet the expectations of many
consumers.
With the expanding products assortment that we offer to our customers,
we are to respect the demands of the market and quality, through a
constant veterinary, chemical and microbiological monitoring in
authorized laboratories.
